My build details are as follows: CPU - Ryzen 5 3600X, GPU - 2060RTX, Motherboard - X750. I'm looking for OC settings or recommendations and am open to any suggestions, just concerned about making changes carefully. Any advice would be appreciated.

I wouldn't OC that CPU.
It is plenty fast.
If it is running fine for you.....I would leave it be.
As far as OCing the GPU......if you are running at 1080p I see no need to.
