I built my own PC for the first time and ran into a few issues. Here’s what I found: glass broke when setting it down, the CPU cooler missing mounting bolts, and the RAM light flashes white during startup causing the tower to shut off. For the CPU problem, you might need to install the cooler properly or check if the mounting hardware is secure. Also, ensure your power supply and connections are stable.

Please ensure the CPU cooler is turned on before proceeding. I can capture images of the socket and the CPU backside for your reference. You mentioned the water cooler has the necessary mounting brackets and screws—everything looks ready to go!

It could fail to post because it doesn't have the required connection to the CPU_FAN/PUMP header. Many systems halt posting or shutting down due to this issue. You shouldn't power on the machine without a cooler installed, unless for short periods only. The motherboard you're using must be updated to BIOS version 7E07vA7 or newer to support Intel's 14th generation. If it's older, it won't function properly. https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/PRO-Z790...pport#bios If you're covered by warranty or return, the MSI Core Liquid 240R V2 might be eligible for an RMA claim. MSI has experienced many problems with their AIO series, which has been problematic.
