BioShock is an excellent collection. Likely one of the finest narratives in gaming. It's a bit unconventional... yet significantly superior to most titles. Still, I don't agree. BioShock 1 and 2 are connected to BioShock Infinite. You must explore the DLC material to understand the links.

It's completely subjective, but many found Andrew Ryan far more engaging than the other options. Which choice are you considering?

I didn't like Sofia Lamb as a villain, just like I did with Ryan. She stood in contrast to him—his opposite, the person he opposed. What Ryan expressed she supported was the opposite of what he stood for. Ryan himself wasn't the main antagonist in Bioshock, honestly. Wow, when I first saw the room with pictures and the map marked "WOULD YOU KINDLY" in red paint, I almost lost it; even then I struggled to piece it together. Atlas was the biggest surprise. But honestly, that's just my perspective—this is something I only experience once in the story.

Many people disliked Bioshock 2 due to its brief runtime. It seemed like a DLC for BS 1, yet it was sold as a complete game.

Infinite offers an intriguing and distinctive narrative, though the gameplay was quite monotonous. Nonetheless, I found the story compelling and would suggest the game for its storytelling experience.

I believe much of the criticism came from the length, which led to other dislikes. Personally, BS2 sparked my interest in the series. My older brother played BS1, but I hesitated to try it. Once 2 was released, I started playing it and improved my skills during my first run through. After conquering 2, I revisited BS1 and finished it. Infinite stands out to me as my favorite in the series. I appreciated the vibrant, colorful setting compared to the others. Now, BS1 and 2 seem to be mixed in my memory.
