I don’t know any legal places to buy it for a PC. G2A might seem an option, but it’s in the grey market and you won’t get assistance with piracy here. After Disney bought Marvel in 2014, Activision lost all rights to their Marvel games, so finding them is likely very difficult, especially on PC.
