I simply launch the ISO and paste the files onto a USB stick.

Step 1: Acquire the power ISO for free.
Step 2: Download an 8.1 Pro ISO from Pirate Bay.
Step 3: Launch the Power ISO and navigate to Tools/make bootable USB.
Step 4: Choose the completed downloaded 8.1 ISO and click OK.
Step 5: Spend about 30 minutes doing something enjoyable or relaxing.
Step 6: Insert the USB into your new PC and boot from it.
Step 7: Install Windows 8 and start using it.
