He mentioned he plans to reinstall the operating system, so it seems he already has access and is just requesting an ISO file for installation. You can still locate ISO files for those systems online.

Obtain files from a torrent. You don’t need to rely on the included crack since I assume you already have a key. For students, dreamspark is a good option.
