It was running on auto mode in BIOS, I adjusted it to 95 with a maximum of 150, but short turbo still kept the throttle engaged.

The benchmark then improves significantly with pl2, so you don't need to worry about that.

I completed a Cinebench R20 test at 4.8GHz with AVX1.255V, reaching a peak temperature of 72°C without power limits. The throttling stopped at P95 during gaming, which was 63°C. It seems suitable for gaming conditions.
