Do you know if anyone experienced this problem with Chrome using custom themes? What solution worked for you? You mentioned changing the address bar color with a registry hack—it helped, though the Task Manager now seems odd. You're considering adjusting Google Chrome's colors instead. Any advice?
Do you recognize the current theme settings? Were you using the ultaUXthemepatcherr or another patch?
It seems the default settings affect the title bar appearance. Using the newest UltraUXThemePatcher version helps maintain a cleaner look.
I found this post because I accidentally used a dark window theme that turned the search bar gray. It wasn’t obvious since my Chrome theme was also gray. The linked theme also makes the task manager gray instead of white, which is great. I think the address bar is tied to the window colors, so unless you switch to a white theme or disable custom themes, it will stay dark this way.
