I'm using the LTSC edition of Windows 10, which is activated by my organization. I need to modify some hardware components and can't find the ISO file on my machine to create a bootable drive for the reinstallation. Usually, Microsoft provides a tool for other Windows versions, but not for LTSC. Also, I'm worried about losing my activated copy and it would take too long if I have to send my PC to the company, and I don't want them to handle my computer.

If approved by your organization, they should possess a version of it. Otherwise, they typically provide a link on Technet for downloading.

AFAIK settings aren't saved automatically on PCs. They were likely handled manually. Your team probably managed them yourself. If not, your IT department or a central network drive may hold the information.
