Find the solution for fixing the Grub command line in your previous dual-boot setup.
Hello, everyone. Previously I had a dual-boot setup with Windows 10 and Ubuntu on separate drives. Now I’m switching completely to Windows 10 after finishing my research there, and I’m no longer interested in Linux. I’ve decided to wipe the SSD that holds the Ubuntu installation—though it looks like it might have gotten corrupted badly. After restarting, the laptop brings up the Grub menu. I can exit from Windows but it jumps back into the next boot when I turn it on again. Since I’m handing this laptop to my younger brother, he might face a tough time fixing these issues. Would anyone be willing to help me resolve this? I’m really unsure where to begin except typing 'Exit'. Thanks and looking forward to your responses. CGHA
Open BIOS settings, locate the boot order list, and rearrange it to prioritize Windows instead of Ubuntu.
