The screws and standoffs are typically included with the case. They’re also available for purchase online. You’ll generally require M3 or #6–32 standoffs and screws, though the latter is more common.

Generally, these screws are common for hard drives and video cards. Another option is M3 (metric 3), which shares the same fasteners used for optical drives. The M3 has a smaller hole pattern and is slightly thinner, making it unsuitable for a 6-32 standoff as it would shift inside.

These are the two main types of threads you encounter with computers. The UNC thread is used for all other devices except optical and diskette drives, which I've noticed. Even though I'm a metric person, I still favor the UNC thread.
