Execute Ryzen Master and experiment with the settings. For voltage, aim between 1.35 and 1.4 volts. Begin speed at 3.7 GHz, adjusting gradually to about 4 GHz until stability is achieved.

I recommend a 3.7ghz as the optimal setting. It allows smooth performance with low power consumption, while reaching 3.8 or 3.9 demands significantly more voltage.

There’s nothing useful in lowering the clock speed. For cooler performance, use the power plan set to power-saving mode.
