I changed the Nexus mod manager and encountered a serious issue—it shows all my mods were uninstalled after the update. I was surprised, but I figured it was okay. To test, I switched to Fallout and confirmed everything was still working. What’s happening?

It seems related to where a file is stored.

It seems to work by handling each modification separately, and you likely don’t need to reinstall unless you specifically want to keep them. You can also remove the ESM file if you don’t need those changes installed.
