It depends on your internet connection. Currently, NVIDIA game streaming and Steam in home mode are quite reliable.

Twitch... some streamers include a delay to avoid ghosting in games. But if you don’t play around with the delay, it usually feels about 5 seconds from my experience. It also varies based on audience connection and your upload speed.

Hitbox.tv initially offered the weakest experience, yet YouTube is a better choice for streaming since you can easily archive your streams on your channel without any problems.
