I've adapted to the Win 8 task manager setup and removed it myself. It's just a registry entry, HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\taskmgr.exe. Just erase the contents of the String Value Debugger.
