Your computer stopped working completely after a power outage, and it keeps flashing and shutting down when you try to restart. You moved a critical drive to another system and are trying to recover data, but the issue persists. Consider checking the hardware connections, testing the drive on another machine, and consulting a technician for further diagnosis.

It feels like there should be a fix for this boot issue without having to completely erase the data.
