Hello, your two RAM sticks are both labeled as DDR-4 3200, but Task Manager shows a speed of 2667. This discrepancy could mean one stick is only using 2667 at that moment or the system has been restricted to it. You can verify this by checking the actual memory speed in System Properties or using a memory diagnostic tool.

Did you set XMP in the boot menu and chose the RAM speed manually during installation?

I once faced a similar problem too. It turned out my motherboard wasn’t compatible with those specific components. Check the compatibility guide in your motherboard manual—it lists the brands and models that work best.

RAM performance isn't always at its maximum when installed. 2666Mhz is a standard setting that many systems support at lower speeds (beginner compatibility). You need to configure the PC to enable XMP/Rated speeds through the BIOS. The labels indicating 3200 are accurate, but they aren't automatically applied unless enabled.

To determine the available RAM speed, you need to know the specific brand and model of your RAM, CPU, and motherboard. Could you provide those details?

Load the system BIOS settings and enable XMP support. Is the motherboard firmware current?
