Long ago, when I loved flash gaming, I played a title that looked like vector graphics on an old arcade machine. It felt similar to Galaga, but you crafted and built your own ship. You can try searching on onemorelevel.com or check other sites for it.

There was a similar game named Galaxies Online, which was a browser-based Java/Flash game. You constructed ships to collect resources or steal other players' ships for their rewards. However, the game shut down and transitioned to permanent development, yet it was never revived or re-released.
