I bought Witcher 3 on their site today and received a GOG code. I entered it on the GOG page, but it said the code was already used. Humble Bundle mentioned it would take them a few days to respond to my support ticket. Has anyone else experienced similar problems with them or GOG?

I have had the same exact problem TODAY as well. I tried using my code from HB on GOG and it said it had already been used. I don't know what is happening but it is a huge problem. I just contacted both HB and GOG and I know it will take a good while for them to respond, so it's time to just sit back and wait.

I haven't experienced the same issue, though I've used Humble Support before and they took roughly a week to respond. You'll just need to wait.

He told me I was in the lead and that the Humble bundle instantly gave me a used discount code.

Gog addressed my support request and provided a working key. Perhaps they recognized that humble was making mistakes, so they’re now handing out keys. I’m hoping everyone receives fresh keys soon!
