I am looking for a location to purchase an ultra gaming PC suited for Sims 3, Sims 4, and automation. The price range should be between $0 and $200, and I only want options under $100. I only consider Intel processors and exclude AMD.

Unless you're willing to buy used, the $200 price point seems unlikely. In the UK, I could probably assemble a used Core 2 Quad PC for about £200-£250 (around $300-$350), which would run The Sims games but likely not much more demanding.

Sorry, it's not possible to find a high-end PC under 200 dollars. Consider a budget of at least 500 dollars for a mid-range gaming PC.
