You can input the coordinates in various formats such as (X,y), (x,y), or (X,y)(X,y). There are tools that accept these styles and generate graphs without issues.

Have you explored Excel? You can adjust the formatting of delimiters and move your x and y values into different columns with the "Data>" Text to Columns feature.

I support this idea. If Excel isn't an option, Google Spreadsheet works well next. For more complex calculations, I recommend checking Mathlab or Algebrator.
