Find alternative methods in Java to reduce noise in Minecraft without Optifine.
I don’t have Nvidia, AMD GPU, or Optifine installed, so I can’t adjust settings directly. Intel’s performance is poor, and Minecraft looks blurry without anti-aliasing. Using Optifine makes things smoother, but it doesn’t fix the core issue. Without Optifine, mods like Fabric might help, though they won’t work with Optifine. There are shaders built with Iris that offer denoising, but compatibility with Minecraft remains uncertain.
You might find OptiFine useful. Right now you're using sodium and other mods, but you could explore OptiFine on OptiFABRIC.
a fabric mod allows you to install optifine as well (this is handy for those specific tweaks and shaders). however, if you're using fabric, sodium is suggested for performance gains, and most shaders from jellysquid https://modrinth.com/user/jellysquid3 include additional post-processing options in their settings.
combining sodium, lithium and starlight creates a positive outcome you may also consider lazyDFU for quicker loading times
I’m sure I’ll set them up once I finish fabricating. However, you haven’t addressed the noise issue.
