I've tried this before myself, so I won't suggest it. The setup isn't user-friendly and isn't built for Windows 7 or 8 natively. You'll need to download many configuration files from someone's personal cloud account to get the necessary files for this skinpack. Even after completing the process—which took a long time—and fixing some issues, it remains slow, glitchy, and unresponsive at least half the time.
