I see the Asus TUF Gaming VG27AQL3A monitor at 2560x1440 with 180Hz. It has a subtle vibration and flickering effect. When using Photoshop or Premiere Pro, the issue appears only when working on bright colors. Playing Wuthering Waves on PC triggers it only when I switch monitors, but it stops when I switch back. It seems to be related to display settings or a toggle behavior. If you need more details, let me know.

Top of mind: Poor HDMI/DP connection, sync problems—try changing resolutions and toggling external monitor settings. Driver trouble—use DDU to eliminate GPU drivers, then reinstall them.

The DDU might feel like a backup choice. For the sync problem, you could try adjusting the display settings. Right now it's not active, but you might want to check it if it occurs again.

Ensure you're using a certified cable. If feasible, swap the cables between the two monitors and see if the issue persists. Another... Disable HDR. Windows tends to struggle with it, especially at high refresh rates.
