In addition, this tool displays specifications for modern PCs. It seems to be the most recent version I've seen. You might try NZXT BLD for a similar overview.

I mainly rely on it to understand the expected performance of a GPU before diving deeper. Still, the filters aren't flawless... but honestly, I wasn't anticipating such imperfections.
