Avoid spending money on a device only to install 11. Find a Windows 11 ISO that doesn’t need TPM2.0. Your 8th generation CPU shouldn’t cause an issue.

Rufus can generate a Windows 11 installation USB that skips the TPM need, online account check, and processor list. Keep in mind you might face issues if something isn't compatible.

You likely don’t require a TPM 2.0 chip. It’s probable that an 8th generation Intel CPU already includes a TPM built into the BIOS.
