Have you tried using a mail client on your desktop to manage several accounts? (like Outlook or Thunderbird) I used Thunderbird before but it was hard to set up each time I installed it, so certain tasks ended up going to the right place. Also, Mozilla stopped supporting it long ago, which is why I stopped using it. I switched to Outlook because it’s free at work, but when I moved my drives to a new PC it kept showing errors and fixing it was too complicated. I’m now exploring Mailbird and Inky. Ideally you’d want at least four mail accounts and Exchange support.
Not compatible with Windows 10, yet it presents a strong visual appearance (user reviews on their site are quite disappointing).
