I'm preparing for my next PC build. I've got the essentials covered—CPU, GPU, motherboard, cooling, and case. I need some guidance on a few points. First, I want to digitize all our DVDs; we have over 500 in DVD format. Second, I have a lot of old PS1 and PS2 games.

1. How can I connect the TV (LG g7) to my PC so I can stream movies from the living room and have the PC in the office? Any recommendations or links?
2. I also want to play games on the TV while the PC is in another room. What options exist? I currently have a Netgear CM1200 and an Asus GT-AX11000. I plan to use a 9900k, Gigabyte Z390 waterforce board, and a Gigabyte RTX 2080 waterforce. For clarity, the PC will have internal RAM until I need an external one. I’m thinking of using a Lian Li 011 XL case. How should I set up the TV, cables, and software to minimize latency? Should I also consider a separate PC for the TV, or is it possible to run everything on one machine? I’m unsure if the waterforce board’s specs will support this setup.

Thanks! I'm aiming to finish by December.

I didn't realize I was using an express VPN on all devices linked to the internal Wi-Fi of the Asus. Guests aren't granted access since I don't want them to experiment with it. @LAwLz Thought you might be the expert on this issue.
