Maybe the game simply doesn’t support Ryzen, Second Gen Ryzen or even the 2600x model I own. I have a 1070 Strix with 16 GB RAM and a 2600x, and I’m experiencing exactly the same issues you’re facing. The game functions properly at high to maximum settings, but even at the lowest levels, (down to 50% of 1080p) I encounter performance drops when dealing with any kind of Flan or Nagini type daemon. I believe the problem lies in how they spawn, especially since my heaviest issues start early in the fight and become more intense as there are more of them.
