Files Combined into One Directory
Yesterday I transferred my Documents and Images folders to a new drive. While setting up the new location, I didn’t create those folders there, so I moved everything to F:\ drive. Now when I open the Documents folder, I see files from the Images folder and vice versa. I tried backing up the files, deleting them from F:\, restoring the default location in Documents and Images, formatting the new drive, creating a folder named Documents in F:\, moving the System folder there, and then trying to repeat the process for the Images folder. However, changes made to Documents affected the Images folder and vice versa. I’m stuck and don’t know how to fix this without a clean install, which I’d rather avoid.
