I'm attempting to copy all files from the local `C:` folder into the backup location `D:` before reinstall, but the process frequently halts at some point depending on the file. The drives are a Samsung NVME SSD on `C:` and a WD Blue 4TB HDD on `D:`, and I've run full checks without issues. Hardware details confirm both devices are working.

I'm sorry about the issue with your ST3000DM008. It seems to stop completely, never restarts, and slows down unless I reboot the PC or Explorer.

I checked both storage devices for bad sectors. The checksums showed everything is fine, and the reports say both drives are in good shape. It’s strange though—they’re failing on random files.

It doesn't happen. It takes about 20 seconds then it freezes. Just checked—drive stays under 35c.
