She’s dealing with a major issue after trying to save files to OneDrive. The transfer process took a long time on her slower PC, causing it to crash repeatedly. Once the files were uploaded, her system became unstable and eventually failed completely. She removed OneDrive hoping it would improve performance, but only a few files remained after the upload. Since her data was stored on an SSD, recovery wasn’t possible. She’s seeking advice on restoring the lost information.

You may execute recovery utilities on SSDs without TRIM operations, but ensure TRIM scheduling is turned off first.

Turn off the trim feature and utilize tools like GetDataBack or Reclaime to locate lost files.

Transferring items between multiple places isn't just for show.
