It seems the issue isn't always happening, but it does occur regularly. You mentioned setting yourself as an admin and having admin access for all users, yet the errors persist. This started a few weeks ago and wasn’t a problem before about a month ago. Someone might have a tip or a setting in Windows 11 that could resolve this recurring problem.

No, I haven't performed any SFC/DISM scans.

I'm not confident about your next steps.
What would you like to try?

Windows detected issues and resolved them. Execute now from an admin CMD window for security. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I'm hoping there is just some corrupted registry files or something that's causing this and the SFC/DISM runs will fix them. After running those, do a windows update and reboot and we can see if it's fixed. It's possible that it won't fix the problems and you could try uninstall/reinstall of Steam and EGS, but it's possible that the only fix will be a reinstall of windows

Windows indicates everything is current; you might need to reboot your PC. The issue isn't certain to resolve immediately after each restart, though it can feel stable for a while before problems return.

Sure, if this doesn’t resolve the issue and resetting the launchers doesn’t help, I’d consider reinstalling Windows. There’s a chance your SSD might be failing, though it seems unlikely unless you’re facing other issues.

I just looked up the CrystaldiskInfo and everything looked okay. It seems to be happening with two SSDs and your main HDD, which is a bit unexpected.

It doesn’t appear Steam resolved the issue, but using it in admin mode works. It seems EGS handles it too, though I recently downloaded a small game and it behaved differently.
