Hi, a few weeks back I was removing a large number of empty folders created by another user on the server. However, the process stopped mid-deletion since I didn’t have permission to access them. I stopped the deletion and looked at the ownership details. It showed me as the owner. Can anyone clarify what happened?

The only idea I have is that you might still need admin rights, even though the account you're using is already an administrator.

It wasn't through the admin account. I was just a regular sub-user. However, I need to understand why the folder could change ownership suddenly.
