I’m dealing with a problem in FIFA 21 (from Xbox Game Pass) where the game launches with a black screen and then closes suddenly. I’ve tried using Steam too, but it didn’t help. When I contacted EA Customer Care and provided the dxDiag report, they confirmed compatibility but couldn’t explain why the game would shut down in such a manner.
I’d appreciate any advice or solutions you can offer.
Motherboard make and model, PSU details including age (recycled or not), and the specific slot for the 8GB RAM stick. SSD make and model.

Power Supply: Cooler Master 550W 80+ Bronze (new, purchased in January)
Storage: Phantom 240GB 2.5" SSD
