You're experiencing an issue that started after a year. Before, the problem didn't occur. In FIFA 20, crashes often happen in the middle of gameplay, especially when trying to show a move or animation. It displays a DirectX error message box. An event viewer snapshot shows the error code.

For FIFA 2020 issues, there’s nothing to worry about. If it’s a broader hardware concern, check memory and power supply.

I own a variety of games on my PC, including RDR2, GTA 5, Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Borderlands 3, and more. Only FIFA and occasionally GTA 5 trigger this warning. After running memtest86, no issues were detected. I use Gskill Ripjaws V (8x2) kits. One stick is rated at 2400Mhz and another at 3200Mhz, but both should operate at 2400Mhz. My system runs on an Antec Neo Eco 2 450 Watt PSU, which is available on a reputable PSU list and comes with a 5-year warranty. What are your thoughts? Should I investigate my PSU or RAM further? I haven’t experienced random shutdowns or other hardware problems before. Recently, I faced some BSOD errors, but they seemed linked to Windows rather than hardware.

I think it's likely a game-related issue. It could be tied to a particular section, though that doesn't imply a real defect exists.

Use PES instead. Would trigger a DX dialog. Check Windows reliability logs. It might be the GPU driver issue.
