When playing FIFA 19 during training, especially before a match, it feels smooth and natural. However, when starting the actual game, the movement slows down and the ball behaves differently. During the other team's kickoff, adjusting players just before they start makes it feel like slow motion again.

Some details to note:
I'm using Windows 10 Pro with Atlas OS, and I just installed it fresh—no viruses detected.
There were no issues before the install, and I had used Atlas OS earlier too.
My system specs are sufficient since everything ran well before this update.
I tested it in various modes—windowed, borderless, VSync, locked at 30 or 60 FPS, no limits, all resolutions and graphics settings. I also cleared the settings file in Documents, ran on DirectX 11 or 12, reinstalled Visual C++ and DirectX multiple times (around ten times).
I suspect the issue might be related to the registry or Windows itself, and I don’t want to re-install everything.

Consider turning off vsync to check for smoother performance, as many users report problems when it's active.

I also attempted to turn it off via the nvidia control panel and game settings, but the same problem persisted.
