I'm from Bangladesh, so the costs aren't identical to those in the US.
The information comes from startech.com.bd and is listed in BDT.
This machine is mainly intended for game development tasks such as Blender, Substance Designer/Painter/Sampler, Godot/Unreal, and DaVinci Resolve.
CPU - 13600k ~$247
GPU - GUNNIR INTEL ARC B580 ~$296
MOBO - Gigabyte B750M AORUS ELITE DDR5 mATX ~ $190
COOLER - DEEPCOOL LE520 240mm ~$63
RAM - 2x16gb Corsair Vengeance 16gb DDR5 6000 CL30 ~$117
SSD - TEAM MP33 PRO 512GB ~ $39
PSU - DEEPCOOL PL750D 80PLUS BRONZE ~ $60
I'm using an old case.
No requirement to purchase an operating system.
No overclocking is planned.
The current monitor is 1080p, but I plan to upgrade to 1440p later.
In total it comes to about $1,012

It is recommended to consider 1440p as your final resolution or above.
Are you using XE.com for currency conversion?
Is your total budget for the build, excluding the monitor, peripherals, and OS 122,000BDT, 1000 USD?

I'm moving from an rx 580 and i5 7600 in an Antec NX292 case. I intend to upgrade to a 2k monitor since the b580 supports 1440p gaming. The cost seems fair.
