Hey everyone, I just finished putting together a new setup yesterday (9800X3D + RX9070XT + Artic Liquid Freezer III 360 AIO). At idle the CPU runs around 48°C, but my room feels like a sauna right now—no air conditioning, just under the roof. I started a game called Arma Reforger, kept everything at Ultra settings, and it’s averaging about 80fps on a 1440 resolution. That's a big jump from my old rig (i7 + RTX2070ti) which usually hit around 35fps with most settings low or medium. I noticed something odd though: the CPU usage stayed low, hovering near 25% most of the time, and it never reached its boost frequency. Instead, it stuck at 4.7Ghz. The temperature never went over 60°C. It feels strange that the CPU wasn’t doing much work, especially with such a demanding game. Are these numbers typical?

Your system lacks a specific CPU model. I assume you're referring to the 9800X3D with its base and boost clock settings.
