A quieter GPU is always a positive and would be worth around 20 Euros. The Gigabyte B650 Eagle offers a superior motherboard. It provides three M.2 slots (though one is only two, which isn't significant) and better VRMs. The version suggested by @logainofhades also comes with WiFi 6E, which adds a nice extra benefit.
