Are these chips running their FCLK at exactly 1:1? I’m curious because the 4800S with an RX 6600 is expected to offer impressive speeds, and I want to confirm its FCLK performance. I also noticed some tests claiming the bandwidth is extremely demanding.

Interested simply because it's intriguing. As long as games maintain 60fps, which shouldn't strain the CPU part, and 120Hz VRR can shift between CPU-heavy and GPU-heavy depending on the workload. VRR helps bridge some CPU-constrained 120Hz experiences. These kinds of system details are rarely covered or understood in general discussions.
