Hi guys I have a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 15ITL6 with a core i7 and my fan connector broke. I an good at soldering so sure i tried myself to solder a little wire to the pad. But the island (the thing i want to solder the wire to) broke off. It was the wire that controls the speed of my fan. There is a second fan connector pinout below that. I've tried to find a pin that has the same function as the other pin, but there wasn't one I know off. Do any of you guys know what I can do now? If anyone has schematics of my motherboard with a different pin that has the same function as the orinal broken one I could use it. I can make a picture if you'd like.

I'm having difficulty grasping your narrative. Could you share an image? Do you have a 4-pin, 3-pin, or 2-pin connector? Which one is damaged?

It's a four-pin connector. Here are some images showing the pin, but the island (the copper connection on the board) got damaged because of excessive heat.
