I've managed to stabilize my 3600x at this clock speed using lower voltage. The results show improvements with 4100 and 4000 at 1.25 and 1.75, respectively. For even better performance, you can aim for around 2200 with 0.94v if you maintain power balance in power-saving mode.

Launch the cpuz, select the desired tab, and save the report as a text file. Load the txt file and move to the section labeled "p-states." This will indicate the voltage applied during low-power modes, helping you make an approximate estimate.
