The PC won’t power on normally. Fans spin quickly, power button and GPU lights illuminate, but audio stays off. When I tried booting with just a RAM stick, nothing changed. It worked perfectly on Sunday, the last time I used it. The CMOS hasn’t been removed because it’s sealed in a laptop. Hardware: Gigabyte GA-H110N GPU, HIS RX 470 4GB, Intel i7-6700, 2x8GB DDR4 RAM, FSP Hyper S 600W power supply. I recently got a new monitor and planned to skip Windows for now.

Disconnect the power source for five minutes, then restart—see if HDMI works.

I'll give it a shot tonight. Should I also use VGA because I've only used HDMI before?

I attempted to disconnect the battery for five minutes and it restarted afterward. Later, when I powered it up this morning, it repeated the same behavior.

Consider switching to a different CR2032 battery.
