I've upgraded to 1440p while keeping the same game settings, and my fans are now quieter than before. Is this a concern or just normal? Also, how can I set up my Samsung monitor for optimal gaming performance with your specs (3080 i7, 12GB RAM, G5 S27AG50)?

Previously you limited performance by using your monitor's resolution... eventually it functions properly and the fans increase accordingly as it operates and requires cooling.

I'm experiencing issues with 1080 and 1440p displays using the 3080 graphics card, even though it's set to high resolution. It seems like the performance feels limited to around 60Hz. Do you know any solutions for this problem? This has been affecting both monitors.

Samsung provides drivers for their monitors. Install them, and you'll need to adjust the frequency in both display and Nvidia settings.
