I own a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 (15-inch model). The fans increase when I power off the screen, close the lid, or when the display shuts down automatically after a while. When I turn it back on, the fans slow down and the CPU temperature returns to normal. It's been a while since this happened, so I'm not sure if it's related to the software I installed or anything else. I'm using Windows 11.
