It seems the base fan isn't connecting properly while the CPU fan is working fine. Check connections and power supply.

Black cable serves as a fan splitter, while white cables connect to fans. Insert the splitter into the motherboard and power it on.

Do you have any more splitters available? What kind of motherboard do you have—should ideally have around six or more ports, including some for fans on the motherboard. If you're already using a splitter, there might be another one or two hidden somewhere.

As @DoctorNick mentioned, you previously asked the identical question. We need to identify the motherboard brand and model to determine the number of headers and their locations. Checking the manual should suffice—no need for a new post if the details are unclear. :x
