False ban on Modern Warfare III
I've already filed a complaint with the Netherlands Authority for Consumers Markets. They stated that any business suspending your account must give a clear explanation. They also need a dedicated contact to manage each case properly. Since they haven't responded yet, they're open to investigating but aren't authorized to review my report just yet—they'll be able to do so in 2024 concerning future account suspensions. This process will take time and likely won't remove me from the platform soon.
