I tried to play some Fallout 4 today, but the game was really slow. I figured it might be because my GPU and CPU weren’t using much power. I had an R7 1700 that was overclocked to 3.8ghz and a GTX 1070 Ti that was also boosted a bit. The game was running in ultra with a resolution of 2560x1080, but my frame rate stayed under 45 and neither the GPU nor CPU was doing much work. Help please?
