I recently purchased Fallout 76, and I anticipated it would perform adequately on my system. However, I was experiencing a significant performance issue – a major bottleneck. I'm seeking assistance in resolving this problem.

To provide context, I was achieving only 25-30 frames per second with the minimum settings, accompanied by a remarkably low GPU usage of 16% and a CPU utilization of approximately 40%.

Here are my computer specifications:

* Intel Core i5-4460
* 8GB RAM
* Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

If you require any additional details, I'm happy to supply them.

Examine your computer's operation using Task Manager and the Resource Monitor to assess its performance when idle and during gameplay. Identify any limitations that might be hindering your experience.
